What Is GlobalLink TMS?

GlobalLink Knowledge, TransPerfect’s central hub of product information, now includes an integrated chatbot that accepts questions in natural language and responds with answers pulled directly from the knowledge base. Instead of scrolling through articles, you can quickly find the exact guidance that applies to your situation.

Quote entry is now built into Sapphire, with a few practical improvements on top.

  • Spot optional line items at a glance.

Cleaner email notifications with fewer accidental clicks

Email notifications have received a visual refresh, and the Aqua link has been repositioned to the end of the message. That second change is small but deliberate: moving the link off the primary click path reduces the number of times you might tap it by mistake when scanning a notification quickly.
