The personally identifiable information (PII) redaction capability in GlobalLink Scribe has been upgraded with the new GlobalLink Redact engine. It’s smarter at spotting and redacting sensitive information across your transcripts, including patient names, medical record numbers, financial data, demographic details, and ID or credit card numbers.

Long transcripts are useful, but reading through them to find the information you need isn’t always practical. AI Insights is a chatbot built directly into your transcription view. Open it, type a question, and get a clear answer drawn from the content of your transcript.
You can ask for a short summary, a detailed summary with timestamps, or a list of keywords. This is especially valuable for teams reviewing meeting recordings or analyzing call center interactions where you need the key points fast. Answers can be downloaded as .doc files, so you can save and share what you find.
