GlobalLink Share is a secure file-sharing tool that enables centralized storage and real-time content exchange, allowing teams, vendors, and reviewers to manage assets in one organized environment. It is equipped with enterprise-grade security, role-based access management, and supports region-specific compliance requirements.
The GlobalLink Share mobile app is now live on the Apple App Store and Google Play. You can send files, see when recipients have opened them, and set expiration windows right from your phone. No email attachment limits, no USB drives, no waiting until you’re back at your desk. This makes mobile file sharing practical for day-to-day handoffs and urgent requests when you’re away from your laptop.
End-to-end encryption runs the same on mobile as it does in the browser, so files shared from your phone get the same protection as files shared from your laptop. You also get unique share links for quick handoffs to colleagues, clients, or outside collaborators. Drop the link into a chat or email, and the recipient opens the file in their browser without any setup on their end.
The Pro plan has been reworked for people who send and manage big files on a regular basis. When handling ongoing projects, you can send bigger files more often and keep them live longer without bumping into limits—making large file transfer simpler to manage at scale.

Do I need to change how I use GlobalLink Share on desktop?
No. The mobile app runs alongside the browser version, and your files, settings, and shares behave the same regardless of where you access them. Nothing about your existing workflow has to change.
Can vendors or clients send files to me without creating an account?
Yes. Your personalized upload link works for outside collaborators, so they can drop files to you directly. No account, no sign-up on their end. It’s also a straightforward option for large file transfer when email limits get in the way.
