Between training modules, product demos, and webinars, corporate video streaming has become its own content channel. As a library grows, the work shifts from recording and uploading to grouping, finding, and refining what’s already there.
This release of GlobalLink TV brings three new capabilities to extend the work you’re already doing: video playlists, searchable transcripts across your library, and a word-processor view for editing transcripts.

What Is GlobalLink TV?
GlobalLink TV is a comprehensive corporate streaming solution with built-in multilingual features to enhance localization workflows. With machine-translated subtitles and multitrack audio, GlobalLink TV helps companies expand their reach and create a global viewing experience for multilingual video.
What’s New in GlobalLink TV
Build video playlists and embed them anywhere
Video playlists are now part of GlobalLink TV. Build a playlist of related videos and embed it directly on your own website, or publish it through one of our brandable viewing pages. Viewers can move through relevant content in the order you intend, whether that’s an onboarding sequence, a product walkthrough, or a quarterly all-hands recap.
Find any moment with searchable transcripts
Searchable transcripts let you search the full transcript of every video in your GlobalLink TV library for a keyword or phrase. Type a phrase and jump straight to the matching videos. When the moment you want is buried inside a 30-minute recording, this capability turns an arduous scrub-through into a single click.
Edit transcripts in a word-processor view with GL Scribe
GlobalLink Scribe is now integrated into GlobalLink TV. If a word-processor layout suits how you edit transcripts, with paragraph-by-paragraph control in a familiar interface, GlobalLink Scribe provides that view. GlobalLink Subtitles remains available, so you can choose the editor that best fits each project and the user’s level of technical comfort.
Next Steps
If you’re an existing GlobalLink TV user:
- Build a playlist from related videos in your library, then embed it on your site or share it through a brandable viewing page
- Run a transcript search to find a specific phrase across your full video catalog
- Try using GlobalLink Scribe for transcript editing

Quick Answers
Do I have to switch from GL Subtitles to GL Scribe?
No. Both editors remain available in GlobalLink TV, and you can pick whichever matches the task. GL Subtitles continues to handle time-coded subtitle work, and GL Scribe is there when a word-processor view fits the job better.
