  • Yes, as long as you are a client of any of the TransPerfect and GlobalLink products, you are welcome to join the User Club. Sign up here!

    If you think someone in your company might also be interested in joining the User Club, please share this initiative with them.

  • We usually run projects on a quarterly basis and it is important for us to make sure that the studies you participate in are a good fit for you. We may not contact you right away, but as long as you are registered, you will receive emails from us.

    If you would like to give us feedback on something in particular, please contact us at userresearch@transperfect.com

  • We will store the videos of our meetings and generate reports about them. This information will be used exclusively to improve our products and your data will be stored in our research repository. We will be the only ones with access to these videos and you can ask us to delete this information at any time.

  • We are sad to see you leave. Send us an email to userresearch@transperfect.com and we will delete all your information. If possible, we would also like to know the reasons for your decision.

  • It will depend on the project, but we usually do interviews and user testing (remotely or in person).

    Interview 
    During an interview, we will ask you about your experience using our products, your needs, and your pain points. We may also ask you about your role in your company and what your day-to-day work is like.

    Usability test 
    During a usability test, we will ask you to share your screen and we will give you access to a prototype of a new design we are working on for a GlobalLink product. We will ask you to perform some tasks and share your feedback. We always want your honest feedback, especially if it helps us improve!

    We might also do a shadowing session, where we'll ask you to do your daily tasks and discuss your most common pain points.

  • Activities such as an interview or a usability test usually last between 45 minutes and an hour. On special occasions, we might do some workshops, which are slightly longer activities that usually last between three and four hours.

    All activities are voluntary, so if you are a good fit for the project, we will contact you and you will decide if you want to participate or not.

  • By joining the User Club, you will help us create better products tailored to your needs. Your voice will be heard, and this will have an impact on all TransPerfect users.

    Each time we finish an activity, you will receive a small thank-you gift in the days following the session. If after a week you haven't received anything, please let us know at userresearch@transperfect.com
